Born in 1973 in Petaling Jaya, Alvin Chong is a renowned tattoo artist and illustrator, celebrated for his black and grey portraitures and skull sketches. He has been drawing since childhood and majored in illustration at a local college. In the early 2000s, Alvin got his first tattoo and fully transitioned to tattoo artistry by 2010. Known for his global reputation, he has traveled for guest spots at prestigious conventions in cities like New York, Los Angeles, Amsterdam, and Hong Kong. Alvin has won numerous awards and published a book of portrait sketches, showcasing his passion for portrait drawing. In recent years, he has also done urban sketches and classic automobiles.
