#KENDYLIFE FROM TENOM, SABAH APPOINTED AS SAKURA COLOR JAPAN (MALAYSIA)'S BRAND ARTIST & AMBASSADOR Kuala Lumpur, 22 June 2022 - Content creator and artist Kendrick Ng Tiong Heng, also known as #Kendylife (@kendylife88), who is from Tenom, Sabah has been appointed as the brand artist and ambassador for Sakura Color Japan (Malaysia), a world-renowned Japanese stationery brand in Malaysia. Sakura Color Malaysia intends to expand its standing in Borneo's art scene through this strategic cooperation with the Sabah-based artist. Kendrick received the ambassador certification, trophy, and the ambassador pin at today's Sakura Color Japan (Malaysia)’s ambassadorship bestowment ceremony in Kuala Lumpur. "Our aim is to promote and contribute to education and culture through art." said Alan Khoo, Associate Director of Sakura Color Japan (Malaysia). “And we believe Kendrick is the best candidate to assist us in doing so and we are thrilled to have him onboard. We collectively hope to further our vision of promoting the spirit of content creation via art and culturally relevant content across Borneo.” Kendrick will oversee, organise, and support art campaigns at Borneo as part of the partnership agreement. Till date, Kendrick has received numerous awards and honours for his contributions and works, has also led doodle workshops and given keynote addresses throughout Malaysia and other countries such as Australia, the United States, the United Kingdom, the Philippines, and Singapore.
